Magento Versions
There are three different versions of Magento available: Magento Community, Magento Enterprise and Magento Enterprise Premium.
Community version
The Community version is recommended for small businesses and those in the startup phase. This version is available under a free licensing arrangement. Enterprise Premium
Magento Enterprise Premium is best for large businesses. This software package includes the same features and benefits of the Magento Enterprise software, but gives users additional licenses, a higher level of support from Magento staff and consulting and training to help you fully utilize the Magento software and integrate the features into your business website. A one year subscription to the Magento Enterprise Premium software is $44,990.
